Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, optional organisation, topic and message are stored in a private website inbox so Jack can respond. Access is restricted to the authorised owner. Once email forwarding is connected, a copy is also sent to jack@theokillgroup.com through Resend. A received confirmation means your enquiry was saved; it does not promise email delivery.

Please do not include passwords, payment information or confidential source material. This form is not a secure channel for sensitive disclosures. To request removal of a contact enquiry, email jack@theokillgroup.com.

Temporary, hashed connection identifiers are used to limit spam. Inbox sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. These service providers process information needed to operate the form and inbox.

External services

Podcast players are provided by Spotify. Loading a player connects your browser to Spotify, whose own privacy practices apply. Links to social networks and other websites take you to those services.

The site uses Google Fonts for typography. The hosting provider may process standard connection and security information. No bespoke analytics, advertising trackers or newsletter database have been added to this website.

Optional notifications

If you enable notifications, this website stores your browser-generated push endpoint, the website origin, subscription date and delivery status. These are used to send press releases and, when you opt in, public alerts, and to manage delivery. Existing press-only subscriptions are not automatically enrolled in public alerts. Delivery records include an event reference, status and retry count. Your browser’s push provider, such as Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft, processes information needed to deliver notifications. No email address or account is required for public notifications. Private inbox notifications require the authorised owner to sign in and opt in separately. These notifications contain a generic new-enquiry notice, never the sender’s details or message. Use “Turn off” at the bottom of the inbox to remove its notification subscription from this device. Signing out does not itself remove the device subscription.

Use “Turn off notifications” in the press notification settings to remove this device’s subscription from the website. You can also revoke permission in your browser or device settings; the server removes endpoints when the provider reports they are expired. Dismissing a press announcement stores a preference for that release on your device. Clearing site data resets it. Notifications are not visitor analytics.

The installable website uses a service worker to display notifications. It does not cache private inbox pages, enquiries or API responses for offline reading. Temporary hashed connection identifiers help limit subscription spam.

Call recording & use of recordings

Incoming and outgoing calls to or from the main company phone number, 02 7254 5337, and any of its extensions are recorded, subject to applicable law and any required consent.

Recordings may be retained and used to investigate abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate calls. Where lawfully permitted or required, relevant recordings may be provided to police or used in legal proceedings. Whether a recording can be used as evidence is determined by the applicable law and the court—not by this notice.

This website notice does not replace any notice or consent required during a call. Simply dialling the number does not waive your legal rights. If you do not consent to recording, please use jack@theokillgroup.com instead.
